2021 Update

Check out the Videos page for some new music videos and cover videos we created over the 2020 lockdown. I posted a link below to the latest music video from a new project called Midnight Canyon.

It’s been sad to have most of our live shows cancelled over the past year. We’ve been writing and collaborating remotely as much as possible to keep things going in the meantime. Can’t wait till it warms up in Chicago so we can play outdoors again!

2018 Update

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted here. 2018 has been an amazing year filled with fun, hard work, and a lot of travel! I’ve played some cool shows with Jared Rabin, The Unknown Pleasures (Joy Division Tribute), and Phil Ajjarapu.

A few new albums were released that I played on over the past year including Jared Rabin’s, Wondering About The Weather (2018), and Charlie Hirsch’s, Sigalito (2017). I also played on a few Rivals of the Peacemaker tracks that were released online. Click here and check out “Sight for Sore Eyes”

I recorded an album with Tom Fuller in Nashville at the Tracking Room last summer. Working with the Nashville pros was a fun and challenging experience I’ll never forget. That should be released sometime in 2019.

I’m currently working on an album with Otter Finn that we’re super excited to release in 2019. It’s our debut album and has some unique and catchy songs. More to come on that soon.

This year has flown by with so much going on. Looking forward to finishing the year strong and big things to come in 2019!

Jared Rabin’s New Album

Something Left to SayJared Rabin is one of the most talented and versatile musicians in Chicago. His first solo album, “Something Left to Say” was released on September 22nd, 2015. We recorded with Rick Barnes at Rax Trax Recording in Chicago. Jared wrote all of the music, sings, and plays every instrument on the album, except drums.

I’ve known Jared since we were kids, and we’ve been playing music together for almost 20 years. I’m grateful that Jared asked me to play drums on the album. Check out Jared’s website below to pre-order the album, hear some songs, and view upcoming performances.

Webstirs New Album

Webstirs_NYRDI_Front_Cover

I’ve been playing drums with The Webstirs for over 10 years! We just released a new album on May 12th, 2015 called, “Now You’ve Really Done It”. We recorded the songs with Matt Allison (Lawrence Arms, Split Single, Alkaline Trio) at Atlas Studios in Chicago. It’s always fun working with Matt, and his production takes the songs to another level.

I’m proud of how the album came out and would love for you to hear it. Check out The Webstirs’ website below to listen for free, purchase the tunes, and other fun stuff.
